 During your stay, we hope you’re able to make time to explore the great City of Toronto between competitions to discover the variety of unique neighbourhoods, events, and cultures it has to offer.

 Our aim is to make your time in Toronto as comfortable as possible. As part of this commitment, we encourage you to visit the Family and Friends Hospitality Centre located at the Elgin Wintergarden Theatre Centre, 189 Yonge Street, in the heart of downtown Toronto. We will have a number of complimentary maps, visitor guides and discount coupons available for you. This is also a great opportunity to meet and mingle with fellow parents and supporters and find out general information about the Games.

 The hours of operation for the Family and Friends Hospitality Centre will be from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday/Saturday and Friday the hours will be 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. so please plan to drop by and say hello. We will have a number of volunteers stationed at the suite to answer any questions you may have.

 The Elgin Winter Garden Theatre Centre is opening its doors to 2012 Ontario Summer Games friends and family from Thursday August 16 to Sunday August 19, 2012. Visit the Red Carpet Cafe, located in the elegant Thomas Lamb lobby, restored to its 1913 glory of gilt and carved marble.

 Join one of the public tours offered Thursdays at 5 p.m. and Saturdays at 11 a.m. to hear more stories about the last operating double-decker theatre in the world. Tours are $12 for Adults, $10 for students. Elgin Winter Garden Tours
